Flying Horseman is a musical collective from Antwerp, Belgium. Since 2010, they have hypnotised headphone junkies and concertgoers alike with their most original, cinematic art-rock. Frontman Bert Dockx (Dans Dans) draws the listener in with his deeply felt vocals and fiery plucking of the strings. Loesje and Martha Maieu provide layers of spooky backings and lo-fi synths. The rhythm section with Louis Evrard and Max Dobbertin is adventurous and deeply groovy in surprising ways. After a long break, Flying Horseman is back with ANAESTHESIA, their new album. It's an urgent and impassioned work packed with art rock, hazy psychedelia, and cosmic folk.
