Vilde Tuv

Vilde Tuv
In the expansive universe of avant-garde pop, Norwegian artist Vilde Tuv stands out for her beautifully unfiltered live performances, where flute and voice intertwine in a dazzling balance of energy and airiness. Known for her genuine authenticity and embodied presence, she moves freely between experimental folk, hard trance and smart pop, aiming for your heart.

Her 2021 album Melting Songs, composed entirely for flute, won the Spellemann, Norwegian equivalent to the Grammy Awards, in the electronica category. On her new and third solo album "Truthbomb" (19th September 2025), Tuv lets hyperpop, folk and trance dissolve into something raw, powerful and personal. The record has received amazing reviews in both Norwegian and international press. “I’ve tried to create a space for forgiveness, safety, and comfort. I want my music to be a place where people can reconnect with their bodies and dare to admit to themselves what is true.”

Composing for film, dance and gallery spaces has been an evolving part of her practice, running parallel to her primary artistic journey.
